User Manuals

Hi,

I am working on a website project, the vendors has given their product demo and during their demo they said that they do not provide any user manuals and even F1 key or Help link doesn't work. So, my question is that when we purchase CMS do we get user manual free(default) with the product. As it is raising me many questions regarding the training and level of understanding on the CMS functionality.

Please post your comments/views.

Regards,

Srikanth.

Re: User Manuals

Actually the answer isn't so black and white.

Can you confirm whether user guides were in the specification/sprint backlog?  If they were the vendor is obliged to fulfil your request.  If you didn't ask for it by requesting it as a specific deliverable, they can't know to deliver it.

In today's fast-paced digital world, successful projects aren't just built on great code—they're built on clarity. And that clarity often comes from one key player: the Business Analyst. I have always loved cooking. I learned from my Grandma June and her kitchen was her sanctuary, a small, warm sunlit space filled with jars of spices, stacks of cookbooks, and the comforting smell of something always on the stove or baking in the oven. Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
