 Hi ahinav,

One need approximately 2 1/2 years of Business Analyst Experience in order to get certified as CCBA. I hope you might have gone through CCBA handbook. If not please find the link below:

http://www.theiiba.org/Content/NavigationMenu/Certification/IIBACertification/CCBADesignation/CCBA_Handbook_Jan_2011.pdf

Basic requirements are listed below:

To earn the CCBA™ designation, applicants must meet the following criteria:

 Minimum 3750 hours of BA work experience aligned with the BABOK

 Minimum 900 hours in two of the six knowledge areas, or 500 hours in four of the six knowledge areas

 Minimum 21 hours of Professional Development in the past four years

 Two references from a career manager, client or CBAP

M too interested for CCBA.

How are you preparing? Is BABOK 2.0 sufficient?

21-hrs PDU training references, if you have experienced any? Exam simulators?

Any help is appreciated!!

I learned from my Grandma June and her kitchen was her sanctuary, a small, warm sunlit space filled with jars of spices, stacks of cookbooks, and the comforting smell of something always on the stove or baking in the oven. Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
