CRM analyst as a career, some questions from a new graduate.

Hi~

I just graduated with a master in Interactive Systems and also have a master and bachelor in psychology. I am not looking for a job. I had an internship as CRM analyst, and found it interesting at that time, and it actually combines some aspects of psychology and technology, and I could develop some knowledge of business.

Now I am considering CRM analyst as well other possiblities for my first full time job. I think it might be helpful to hear some advices or opinions from people with experience as an analyst.

I like solving problems, learning new skills, I also enjoy working with different people, being creative, and travel. In my internship I noticed there are as a CRM analyst, I didn't actually have many opportunity to interact with many people , and mostly the task is within the company. Maybe it's because of the duration of the internship and the size of the company.  Also, I am not from a tech background,  I feel tired after hours working with computer (and have a back pain.. although it gets better if I relax regularly and do sports). but as an business analyst, is it common to always stay infront of the computer? How many hours in you case? Also, I wonder what is the career path of CRM analyst.  Is there possibility to develop int management constant or other strategy and management roles?

From what I learned in psychology, some professions cause professional fatigue. CRM analyst seems a very specialized career, so does that happen?  and opportunities to use my knowledge in psychology and statistical skills in the tasks?

What are the common complaints and positives of the career? Any advice or opinion would be appreciated!

A. H.

In today's fast-paced digital world, successful projects aren't just built on great code—they're built on clarity. And that clarity often comes from one key player: the Business Analyst. I have always loved cooking. I learned from my Grandma June and her kitchen was her sanctuary, a small, warm sunlit space filled with jars of spices, stacks of cookbooks, and the comforting smell of something always on the stove or baking in the oven. Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
