Re: Rercording a requirements gathering session

Hi Priyanka

I have used recorded sessions when I had sessions that involved several remote locations (i.e. california, texas, etct).  This worked out for me because the sessions were so large.  In smaller sessions I recommend having someone to scribe for you.  It is almost impossible for BA's to conduct sessions and take notes.  However, if you are forced to do so you can setup your sessions with an overhead projector where you can have the group to participate in taking notes and updating document.

Re: Recording a requirements gathering session

Here's a cool tool you could use to record your requirements gathering session:

http://www.oovoo.com/

It is free!  All you need is to have audio & video capture (aka microphone and a web cam).
