New in Modern Analyst

Hello everyone,

I am an entry level systems analyst /developer at a travel management company.

The project currently assigned to me is a transaction processing website. I have been involved in windows application projects before, but new in web development projects.

I realize that the development process is different. I have developed a scope statement, and in it i have included Use case diagrams and Ghantt charts.

I also decided to use the Unified process approach for this project so i need some advice as it is the firt time that i am using this approach.I chose this methodology because i figured it would help a lot as it is adaptive.

Please advice on Unified process best practices.

I look forward to participate alot in this community as i have been allianated from people with the same passion.

by the way, i not only Model and document the Website, i also code it. So advicing me to operate successfully in such situation would really help

Best regards

Alpheus

Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
