How can I land this job? 

Hello All,

I am currently in the job market and I have an interview coming up. Here is the job description:

 

Requirements: B.S. in Computer Science, Operations Research, or equivalent
experience in related field is required. 5 to 7 years for project lead or
team lead experience required. Must possess a solid understanding of SDLC
for application development and gathering requirements from users. Must have
knowledge of mapping business processes and recommend new business processes
related to proposed solution. Must have experience in developing functional
specification
and system design specification for internal customer
engagements. Experience with development of project plans and is able to
clearly articulate roles, project goals and timelines with technical
understand of the application development. Experience with managing internal
and external resources to carry out the project work and deploy applications
products to internal customers. Knowledge and understanding for Microsoft
SharePoint
is a big plus. Must have knowledge of current web and application
technologies

Please take a look at this and tell me what I need to know to land this job. Any advise would be helpful.
