Another way to find the right training program is to conduct informational interviews with people who have the kinds of position you'd be seeking or have a similar background to you. I actually interviewed an IT recruiter who is on her path to becoming a business analyst as part of my research for a recent book. By taking the course, she found a lot of transferable skills between the two professions.
