Introducing myself 

Hi Im a new joinee to this forum.Im basically a computer engineering graduate and I have around 7+ years of IT experience. Im a working as BA for the last 2 years in a financial services company in US. My company operate under ITIL service management background. Obviously my nature of work involves in interacting several ITIL managements. Hope to share and receive many more information from you all. Thanks for reading my intro
