I just overviewed the link refered by you, I feel it can help the retailers by providing them solution in such a trimmed cost.

But I just want a favour from your side by providing me some insight details like scope & objective of project, the methodology

you people follow in process,  details about the target users and their responsibilities. (like some pre project documentations)
