What Tools and tech skills are needed for entry level BA 

 I am looking to refresh my MS office skills (word, excel , PP ) , i want to know what else is needed to perform BA job , i have heard of Visio, sql etc

Prerequisites for BA

 

1. Documentation Skills

2.Ability to understand business workflow

3.Strong Interpersonal Relations
