"My experience is not relevant to BA jobs"
Why Not ...
Your marketing background could help companies to get more customers. Since you know how to market products, you experience could help the company develop applications to beat the competition.
With your "Business Development" background, which is "developing and implementing growth opportunities" you might look into a "Change Management" career where you can transition People, Teams, and Organizations to a future state ... to stay ahead of the competition (Marketing). It is kind of a High-Level BA job ... instead of working on a project, you are working across the enterprise.
Go to some of Technical Job Boards and search on "Change Management" or "Change Management Specialist" to see if your skills match to anything you did.
Here, I Found a Job Description:
"This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance."
Anything from your "Business Development" there ?
Also, redo your resume to high-light the skills you have but more towards the analyzing side ... like your "Marketing" ... describe how you were given a product to sell ... how you analyzed the product and the competition, collaborated with design teams to come up with advertising to outdo the competition and made the company $XXX, etc.
