Need Advice on career 

 Hi Everyone... 

MY total Experience in IT is 5+ years and currently working as BA for 3+ years in mid level organization...I want to step into next level of my career by getting in to MNC companies...

Some of colleagues suggested Siebel BA certification is the better option to get into MNC… Please advice me on this....

Why can't you get into a Multinational Company now with your current BA experience ???

 

Why not study for the Certified Business Analyst Certificate (CBAP) ??

 

Without Siebel experience ... Siebel Certification is useless.

 5 years of experience is already with you. You should look for other companies now.With 3 years of experience in current company, you must be eligible for promotions and salary hike. Isn't it?

Hi Pradeep

 

I highly recommend you do a IIBA CBAP or CCBA certification to assist you in your step up to mulitnationals. This the international standard Business Analysis certification and you will be able to work on any domain (not just Siebel or SAP etc.) if you have this certification.
