Hello folks,

I am currently working as BA in Payments (Banking) domain from last 3 years with leading Financial Institution and have overall work experience of 7 years in payments domain.

My experience and exposure in Payments domain is extremely rich and good. In last 3 years, worked on NPP Australia scheme which has provided good learning in the future trend of faster payments.

Confusion - I have been going through round of interviews (on the verge of getting selected) for BA role, however the domain is entirely different i.e Finance - Regulatory Compliance (KYC etc). And the organisation is ready to pay a good considerable hike.

I believe that BA's first positive thing is domain knowledge and my vision is clear to grow in payments domain.

Seeking experts advise, whether I should consider moving to Finance - Compliance domain or stay back in Payments domain ignoring the salary perks.

P.S - The new domain  would be entirely a starter for me.
