BA + Customer Service? 
Hi,

I would like to know how to mix a job position that includes business analysis and customer service management. I am a business process analyst and will take the lead of our customer service team. In the organisational chart I'm moving from Staff to a Quality and Customer service area, separate from Marketing Operations.

Is this a rare position? How should I focus the job description?
