Thoughts on graduate level certificates?

We have a local University in the area who has graduate certificates, your typical areas of profession.  Web development, database development, and a few more.  I have taken a few of the database courses and have a few more scheduled for next year.  This will give enough hours to get the certificate.

What are you thoughts?  Does it muck up the resume or do you see value in listing the graduate certificate?  Would you list this with your bachelors and masters or would this go under the certification section?  It's technical a "graduate certificate" from a credited University.
