I have to add, as a person who works as both an analyst and a pm I do enjopy the analyst role more. it's more creative and more rewarding. The PM role is about pronblem olving and managing admin. The analyst role is strategic and creative. It's nioce to be the boss, but really, what would you rather spend your time on?
