Managment issue

Hello everybody.

I run a small Business Analyst department. Recently, we have received several large clients. These parameters will determine how many new employees we will hire for future projects and, in general, the course of personnel development. This is a very important question at this stage, so I appreciate your comments. Thank you for your responses.
