After creating the BRD  the BA will perform the protypes, creating visual representations of the application and ensure with the stake holders their expected requriements are met. It will also represent all the modules and their functions.Once confirmed development will kickstart. Thereafter the User Acceptance Testing is done and released to Production.

Until this phase the Business Analyst plays a key role.

The support team will then take over the production and perform the required support and maintenance of the application .
