Managing a Software Delivery Team as a Product Manager

Hello All,

Are you a product manager or worked alongside a product manager? Can you share what your experience has been leading a software delivery team (who are not fully agile in their delivery). The Does and Don't based on experience?

Thanks

Jay

Re: Managing a Software Delivery Team as a Product Manager

Hi!

Being hired as a product manager is to maintain the quality product carries along with improving what is missing. Understand the product, its market, competitors, its need and cost factors. Internally understand your team and strength each member carries. If it is not agile, it is on a high risk, so have daily to weekly meetings on that status, use team and task management software to target the deliveries.

Responsibilities always encourage to meet it!  It is sure that, it will be a great fun!

Thanks,

*FJC
