Business analyst question!!! 

For a business analyst what are the most important aspects or points that must be taken care of when preparing a business plan? What according to you ar the most important? Please reply.

Hi:

The most important part of a business plan:   A high level understanding of the essential behavioral-related goals of the business and - especially - how they interrelate.   Next up:  A high level understanding of the essential processes that support those goals and - especially - how they interrelate.

Also, never forget scope definition.
