Is this task within the Business Analyst Role? 

Hi All

I just need a hint on who actually suggests the Key Performance Indicators and The Process Metrics to monitor the process, is this task within the Busines Analyst Role or is it relevant to an Information Analyst or a Business Analytics? If you see this as a collaborative approach can you please elaborate?

Hi MadiMo,

As far as I know, defining KPIs is one of BA's roles. I just started working as a BA in IT and figuring out things. Good Luck to you as well.
