How to perform User Acceptance Testing for new Data Tables?

Hello friends! Great to be here.

I'm a Business Systems Analyst that's fairly new to to the profession in general. How might I go at performing User Acceptance Testing for a project that involves creating a new data pipeline and new tables in our Redshift instance. Our Data Analysts will be querying against the table.

How might I go at performing UAT for this kind of project? The obvious ones to me are to make sure records from the pipeline show up in the table correctly, but what about for querying against the incoming records and for joining it to other tables? What would those UAT scripts look like?

Thanks so much!
