Enterprise Analysis works or not?
I am a business analyst for a web designing firm. I am putting together an argument for my company to formally adopt enterprise analysis in our process. Problem: I have no proof Enterprise Analysis works. Does anyone know any case studies where Enterprise Analysis performed by a BA according to the BABOK prescriptions actually works? Thank you.
