Hi All

Looking for a little bit of help and I think I am probably over thinking the question.

It's been proposed that holiday allowance will be increased by 2 days for all employees - the question that I've been asked is what this will do to our headcount, will we lose too many days and need to hire more staff or should we be able to cope with current headcount.

Any help would be appreciated!
