Hi there, I’ve started some time ago my first business and now I believe that I need to improve management of my team. I need software’s which allows me to monitor work of my employees but also would help me with internet communication, sharing knowledge, assigning tasks and all other which helps organize workplace can you suggest some solutions?. Try looking at Redmine. It has a Wiki for a knowledge base. You can track tasks in it as projects and sub projects, change fields to enable basic monitoring. Not sure about internet communication though.
It's also open source. Might fit what you're looking for.

depend how much money you want spend and what is your really need. Have you tried Microsoft Project? Maybe you can save a lot of money. Also you can see the others microsoft products.
