Hi Ashi,

You din't mention you are looking for training in which region of Bangalore. If you are somewhere located near HSR Layout, you can try Simplilearn. They give CBAP training and I think their batches are about to start soon. Though I don't have any personal experience of taking CBAP training from them but I enrolled for Six Sigma with them and found their training to be nice. I hope this helps! Good Luck!

The higher the certification it is better as it shows your level of expertise in business analysis. The three important benefits of business analysis certifications are an exposure and mastery of business analysis framework established by BABOK v3, acquiring a qualification in business analysis and you become part of an elite club of some 7000 certified business analysts in the world!

1.       Being certified makes you a member of the 7000+ CBAP certified elite club.

2.       Fhyzics conducted a survey and found that there are 1,200,000 business analysts in India and only 750+ are certified as CBAP. This is the scenario throughout the world. Being CBAP certified gives you stand apart from the rest of the business analysts.

3.       The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK v3) is the world’s leading framework in business analysis and as part of the certification, you master it. Once certified, you do not have a fear of unknown!

4.       CBAP brings you a sort of respect in business analysis community and within your organization as you may be one of the few certified in your organization

5.       The certification is attained through a thorough preparation and understanding of BABOK

6.       Going through BABOK v3 will completely reorient how you view business analysis. You undergo a transformation.

I’ve heard “The End is Near!” for Business Analysts for almost 20 years.  Waterfall project management, with its need for formal requirements, is dead…a dinosaur…so 1990’s.  To be honest, that’s mostly true.  With the publishing of the Agile Manifesto in 2001 there was no need for a 2-inch-...
Business analysis is used to identify and articulate the need for change in how organizations work, and to facilitate that change.
