 Well I reckon (s)he won't need the solution scope or the change request. Looks like I'll fail the CBAP. Better not do it then :)

Well that's wrong. 

If you go into a requirements session with a "Solution Scope" in mind then you're already limiting yourself. Solution isn't something we should think about during requirements. It will tend to make us limit and channel our requirements towards the "Solution Scope".

Just plain stupid. Told you I'd fail.

I am not so sure., but I think the cxorrect answer is B i.e. solutuin scope.
