I just passed the CBAP today on my first attempt. I am a BA with over 9,000 hours experience, across several roles, primarily focused in data, statistics, software etc... working with technical and non-technical stakeholders at every level, from front line users to executive and president level stakeholders in a 35k + employee company.
My most recent role was much more technical, coordinating and supporting senior software developers in developing internal tools. I also worked with data and statistics in this role to help design and test solutions and measure solution performance.
Communication and technical translation for non-technical stakeholders, including presenting to large diverse audiences has also been a big part of every role I've held.
I received a sizeable payout from my previous employer when the company was purchased by a larger Telcom in my country and decided to take some time off to study.
I purchased a 17 hour video lecture Pass4surexams and the babok guide on sale for around 20 USD (by Igor, it was excellent!).
