A supply chain process can be described as following:
Customer Order -> Picking -> Goods Issue -> Billing -> Accounts Receivable -> Final Payment
How should i describe a process in the world of le asing?
Customer Order -> Qualifying (is the customre credit worth) -> Contracting (make a contract between lesor and lesee) -> Ordering (the lesor buys the goods) -> Invoice Validation (is the vendor invoice equal to the purchase order) -> Payments (amortization) -> Execute purchase option
Any hints are welcome :)
First of all, I'm not sure I understand what you are looking for: leasing process vs. leasing terms.
I get the feeling that you need to begin defining your terms by creating a glossary of business entities which you can use as a foundation for creating an entity model. Think class diagram!
Of course - the process and definitions can also differ depending of what "leasing" is involved. Heavy Equipment leasing could be very different than residential apartment leasing.
