Project Management Business Process Quick Reference Guides 

I am looking for suggestions on setting up a template for "Quick Reference Guide" for project management business processes.  Any thoughts or suggestions?

Here is are the essential Project Management processes:

DECOMPOSE THE SYSTEM INTO SMALL EQUAL SIZE PIECES

Based upon the above:

*  Multiply the pieces out to come up with time estimates

*  Use the pieces to come up with properly scoped projects

Then do all the other details of project management.
