Ideas to drive the buisness knowledge in Investment Bank domain 

Hello All ,

I am working in software company and working closely with learning and development team, and currently working on the task/initiatives to increase the business knowledge within team of 200+ esp. related to Investment Bank domain -

Can you all help me in sharing new ideas which can be helpful in driving the buisness knowledge within large team of 200+. I have shared few like -

1- Monthly Quiz,

2- Whitepapers

3- Exchange Program with other division/projects

4- Publishing a calendar at account level about topics/business sessions

5- Complete trainings/Online cources

 

All feedback/suggestions will help me. Kindly help
