Please tell me or provide evidence that the Villanova On-Line Business Analyst Masters Certificate is attractive to potential employers. I have done some BA and PM work in the past however, my body of work may not be enough to attract or get the interest I need from prospective employers. How well or how much can the Masters of BA Certificate from Villanova add to my value and make me stand out?

Also, do you recommend Six Sigma Green Belt as a BA discipline?
