I am going to take a look at SmartDraw (www.SmartDraw.com) and wanted to know if anyone here has used it before?

Re: SMARTDRAW

Hi Craig,

I haven't used SmartDraw for BA work before, but I used it when doing some patent application diagrams in 2003.  It was a fairly easy and intuitive interface to use at the time, but I don't know if it's changed demonstrably since then.

If you end up using it for BA work, I'd be interested to know how appropriate you find it.

I haven't used smartdraw before. but I have used Creately. In a business analyst perspective, it helped my with Business Analysis Models such as org charts, MOST Analysis, PESTLE Analysis, SWOT Analysis and Product Roadmap. Having pre made templates saved lots of my time and it was really easy for me to navigate within the models.
