I've recently built a small app, Forest Requirements, to help quickly create simple, straightforward requirements documents on an iPad. My goal with the app was not to try and build something with the intent to unseat major competitors - but to build something small and useful that would be there to help get you from a set of requirements to a nicely formatted, professional looking requirements document in the shortest amount of time.
The app provides a clean, structured interface for entering requirements, and when you're ready, an Export mechanism for turning your requirements into a requirements document. No formatting is required. No spacing needs to be played with. No tables need to be fought with, and no numbering/bullet formatting needs to be stressed over. The app takes care of all of that for you.
The app is free, with in-app purchases for usage of premium features.

I'd love to hear any feedback, if anyone is interested in providing any!
Hi:
Dead-smiple requirements management: Trash the requirements doc; be Agile, create high quality, yet minimalist behavioral and data requirements models at higher levels of abstraction; maybe throw in a few screen shots; let the developers handle the details in verbal conversations.
