Your Ideas very true becuase it's one's own perspective that on which he feels free and comfortable to work on. But for some creative ideas for some analytics like Business analytics we need to do some brainstorming and some softwares like FreeMind.

Software tools which i was using is Google, Now started using Apptivo software for my business solutions as it is synchronized with google allows me to manage all customers and contacts details.
