most marketable software I can learn as a Business Analyst that i dont know

I have 18 months experience and it is time for me to start moving forward with my career.   I realize i need to aquire more software skills to do this.

What is the most marketable AND realistic software skill i can teach myself?  like not something that will take a year of in class schooling. something i can learn on my own.

I currently know at an advanced level

1) SQL

2)SSRS

3)ACCESS

4)Excel

5) STATA

Really none of these if you want to be a BA.

Things that make BAs really valuable are SAP, Siebel, etc skills. Also particular banking trading platforms provide premium rates.

Dunno what SSRS and STATA are but the others are just software you'll probably use occasionally or never. I've never used Access for instance. I can do SQL queries but I can't remember the last time I did any. Excel I use more often, but that's simple. You probably know enough anyway.

Better to learn BA techniques - check out the BABOK
