How to analyse my emoployees` work hours? 

Hi, everybody. I`m a small business owner, now working remotely, and have a problem. One of my employees, let it be Jack, telling me that he working much more than another one (let it be Rebecca), but the salary the same for both of them. I can`t just pay them for hours, because I can`t be sure, they are working these hours. Pls help, if someone knows how to...

Looks like I can help You. I was in the same situation, as "Jack". I told our boss and he`s installed some software, called WorkTime. It tracked our active/idle hours, used software in active hours, and made a statistic for every day. Thx for it, I got a good + to my salary)
