Functional release notes
I have read about functional release notes online but still I struggle to understand their significance. So my question is what is the significance of functional release notes?

2 Footnotes in pdf and ePub files
3 Russian hyphenation in Adobe Reader
4 Crash after screen rotation in Columns view mode
