Directly or Indirectly has the premium hike by CMHC affected the education??
Modified By Chris Adams on 6/18/2015 2:13:03 PM)

Involved in developing an app just for those into real estate market. Whether it be the investors, agents, brokers etc. The help I'm looking for right now is about the recent update on CMHC mortgage loan insurance premium hike. This has triggered great deal of discussion all around but haven't got much details of it or couldn't exactly track the affect of it in the market. The only thing I got right now is that for those who are taking up mortgage after June 1st and paying a down payment less than 10% will have to pay higher premiums. It is also said that these are favoring more to the mortgage lenders than borrowers (Looking forward for the reaction of lenders to this change, even though so far none, still waiting).

I would like to update the formula according to the updated rates and keep the app on track as the changes happen. I would appreciate inputs from all who have a good knowledge on this. Thanks.

I have always loved cooking. I learned from my Grandma June and her kitchen was her sanctuary, a small, warm sunlit space filled with jars of spices, stacks of cookbooks, and the comforting smell of something always on the stove or baking in the oven. Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
