It seems strange that nobody has used this software as when I demo'd it, it's actually quite good and has been around for a long time. It's basically more dynamic than Visio, allowing you to 'drop down'/connect one process to another and it also lets you store information alongside each activity (e.g. stakeholders involved in that activity). You can also 'play' the process with details of the inputs/outputs so it is like an interactive visio. The only downside that I can see is that it restricts you to using their standard 'shapes' (basically all rectangle process boxes with no decisions) but I think there may also be the ability to include BPMN diagrams.
