Re: How to determine the cost for project?

Hi Sapna,

Your question is very generic.  Can you provide further details as to what you are looking for?  What type of project?  Are you trying to estimate jsut the business analysis effort or the effort and cost across all roles of a project including non-human resource costs?

How to determine the cost of a project?

The most important task here is to properly decompose the project into smallish, equal-size processes.    If is realtively easy to cost a small "chunkl" of a project.   From here you can multiply out to get total costs.

Re: How to determine the cost for project?

Hello Sapna,

You should have also share something about the nature of your project because cost factors may vary with each project so in order to get a good piece of advice you should tell something about your project so people can understand your needs better and can provide you a right solution specifically according to your needs.
