Question

Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping to find an answer here , I am a business analyst for almost 6 years now but I have never had an

Opportunity to work with Technical Architect.

Do you know as a BA what we need/or want from Technical Architect? I know it is depends on the scale of the project but I would like to know how BA works with a Technical Architect. Any inputs would be great.

Thanks,

Re: Question
Opportunity to work with Technical Architect: When you get a Project ... Go Talk To One and see what they can do for you or what you can do for them. Don't be afraid of them ... you work with each other ... (ALSO) "Technical architects are also known as IT systems architects and act as the link between a company, its managers and the specialist designers and developers who built the IT system." (SO) Just don't go off with your team, develop a system amd then try to Push-It-Upstairs into a product they may not to be able to implement without new or updated equipment. You want to make sure proper architecture is implemented. Be a communicator who can talk to the Technical people and see if you can do things ... or maybe get information on any new updates and what you might be able to do better .... Form a meeting with your Team ... they may have questions too ... Everyone is Happy that everything will work.
