Dear All,

I have been recieving insightful opinions about different queries that I have posted on this forum. I would like to thank all the community members for helping me out.

Current situation is that I have been recommended for another CRM project and before that project starts I have around a months time.

So in the duration of 1 month I would like to prepare a case study of financial benefits derieved out of my last CRM project and present it to my management.

Please share your inputs on how to proceed in this direction and any books that I can refer to.
