I need Business Requirements Process Flow 
Hi to all I'm collecting business requirements from stakeholder's based on that I have to create functional specification. stakeholders are using predefined templates ,on that templates they enter the information after that ,they enter into records books also. The templates contain different fields and the record book contain different fields in some areas some fields are same. Based upon this how can I design and write my functional specification.
