Requirement gathering for HRMS 

 Hi Everyone, i have to start urgently requirement gathering for the HRMS application, can any one help me how to start preparing the requirement gathering for HRMS.

I will appreciate if anyone of you can share me Requirement gathering document of your previous project with blue print.
