First of all, it's a pleasure being with good company and a great resource for experience and knowledge. I want to thank you in advance for any feedback and guidance.
I am a new BA for a multi-tenant SaaS provider within the Life Sciences industry. We offer a SFA/CRM solution and my main function is to conduct Business Req. gathering sessions via demo (mostly screenshots/config) on a pre-configured system. To say the company's method is Agile would be an understatement because there is very minimal documentation. Coming from the pharma side, within a regulated environment, I'm coming from a completely different mentality having worked on projects that were heavy documentation. Also my role was that of a hybrid so I'm not fully experienced.
With all this in mind, does anyone have suggestions as to how to conduct these sessions? It seems as if there will just be a lot of Q&A (how does this screen look? change LOVs? etc...) From what I know/understand, pharma clients in this space like to work quickly, especially on the sales (SFA) side of the business. This explains why companies like mine and others (SF.com) use this approach.
Overall, just looking to see if anyone has had similar experience and looking for suggestions. Thanks!
