 Hi,

I am trying to create a use case diagram for an internet based website that allows user to order products... similar fucntionality as that of any common website...

can you please look at the attached file and let me know how I did on the use case diagram...

At first glance, this looks pretty good but it is difficult for people to give feedback on use case models in general unless you have a brief description of what is covered by each use case.  This is usually a short paragraph.  To be effective each should cover:

  1.  What triggers the use case
  2. What happens within the use case
  3. When the use case ends
