Our client is beginning an investigative effort resulting in the implementation of a system to manage university digital records. Administrative Information Services, the organization supporting administrative systems on campus, is in need of senior level business analyst to gather user requirements and develop a request for proposal. This individual will interact with staff at multiple levels within the organization and perform the following tasks: · Facilitate meetings to capture, review and document functional business requirements. · Identify, review and document current campus email infrastructures · Review and document university policies and practices pertaining to electronic data storage · Facilitate, review and document to-be business process definitions as input to requirements development · Develop and document requirements for a robust, flexible system to manage university digital records, supporting multiple processes and technologies across campus · Using requirements, develop request for purchase of digital records management system
