Templates or examples for requirements

 Hello all,

I am having some difficulties understanding the difference between stakeholder and functional requirements according to the BABOK definitions.

I looked over the web and unfortunately I haven't found any templates or complete examples.

Ideally, I would like to see how a given stakeholder requirement is broken down into functional requirements.

Any links to articles, blogs, etc... would be helpful.

Thanks a lot.
L.

Re: Templates or examples for requirements

 Hi Lotfus,

Best to first catch all the requirements and then put them into logical boxes that make sense to you.

Expect others will argue vehemently about putting requirements into these BABOK boxes. Never added any value for me so I've never done it. Been a BA 13 years so far.
