Re: requirement gathering questionnaire for web content management system

 Hi Swapna,

First know the Hierarchy for whom you are gonna meet.

1. What is the project all about.

2. Try to analyse what is the content they need to managed.

3. Do they want and website with adming panel or webportal.

4 Check their system environment(connfiguration).

5. Is their any specfic thechnology concern from the client end?

6. Try to evaluate who will be users who are gonna use this system.

7. Analyse the admin Privileges and user privileges.

Do let me know if this works fine with you, so that i can help you in getting some more valuable inputs.
